How do I place an order?
You can place an order by simply selecting your product, choosing the size, and clicking on "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout steps and provide your delivery details to complete the purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it from the "My Orders" section in your Bencut account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order from the "My Orders" section within 2 hours of placing it, or until it's shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal fee of ₹89 is charged for Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive updates as your order progresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be launched soon!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes with an additional handling fee of ₹89.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with original tags intact.
How do I return a product?
Go to "My Orders" → Select the item → Click "Return" and follow the steps. A pickup will be scheduled.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and approved. It will be credited to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to shop on Bencut?
Yes, creating an account helps you track your orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email to receive a reset link.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your address in the “My Account” section. If the order is already placed, contact support immediately for any address changes.
